Shippsy is getting faster and easier for Canadian shoppers. This update covers three major changes:

Creating a customs declaration with Shippsy is now easier than ever. Just upload your invoice, and Shippsy will then automatically read it and fill in your declaration. No need to enter every detail manually.
Is there anything you want the Shippsy team to know about your shipment? You can also add a comment or note when creating your declaration!
Most straightforward declarations are now reviewed automatically. This helps shipments get approved and move through the system sooner.
For shoppers, it's less waiting time and a quicker path to getting your package.
Prefer having your package delivered instead of picking it up? The Shippsy Mail-Out service is now more affordable. We're making home delivery a better option if you are not close to a Shippsy pickup location.
Same-Day Mail-Out is also coming soon to select regions. Once available, eligible packages will be mailed out the same day they are processed. This means shipments arrive even faster.
Stay tuned for updates on which regions qualify.
To support these improvements and continue providing a faster, more efficient service, Shippsy's handling fee will increase by $1 CAD across all regions, effective August 1, 2026.
Even with this adjustment, Shippsy continues to offer some of the most competitive pricing in the market for package forwarding to Canada. This comes with faster processing, automatic declarations, and same-day mail-out in select regions.
The goal is to keep helping Canadian shoppers get their packages as quickly and affordably as possible.
No. Notes and special instructions are reviewed alongside your declaration and do not add extra steps to the process.
No action is needed. The more affordable Mail-Out pricing applies immediately to eligible shipments.
The $1 CAD increase applies to shipments processed on or after August 1, 2026. Shipments processed before that date are not affected.
