Welcome to Shippsy by Stallion Express! Where we make cross border shopping simple.

Start by creating your account, which will assign you a unique U.S. address. Don’t worry, there are NO membership fees or hidden costs.
Shop online at your favorite U.S. retailers and send the items to your personalized Shippsy address in the U.S. Be sure to copy and paste the full address, without any changes.
Your Shippsy account number is exclusive for your account and it’s how we identify your items. This is found in the name field line of your personalized U.S. address.

We waste no time, all items are processed and added to your Shippsy dashboard within 1 to 2 business days after being received.
You’ll also get an email notification, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox! Email is how we’ll communicate your shipment’s journey.

How to navigate the shipment portal
Log into your Shippsy account and click to view the Shipments page. If you notice the Service column says Action Required on your item, you’ll need to click Provide Details under the Status column and enter the necessary information to have your item brought to Canada.

Then, notice the Shipment Details on the right-hand side for when your item’s selected. Scroll down to verify the contents, read the description and view the photo attached by our team. This will help you keep track of what’s arrived and what hasn’t, in case you’re expecting multiple items at once!

You’ll notice required form fields like item description, value and invoice which must be included for clearing the border. When entering the detailed description, be sure to be as specific as possible.

Detailed commodity descriptions are very important. Visit this link from Canada Border Services Agency to learn more. For example, “shirt” wouldn’t be accepted but “mens sports jersey” would be. Confirm the quantity in your shipment for each description and enter your unit value in USD. The invoice will be your receipt from the online purchase.

Once you click Save, check the item again and you’ll notice the Status change to Awaiting Review. This means your item is queued for approval by our data entry specialists. If there’s any issues with the information/invoice you’ve provided, our support team will contact you directly via email.

Onto our last step! Click Request to review our handling fee, along with the applicable tax and duties. Please note that the tax and duty fees are only an estimate. The exact charges will display during the next step, once your item has already arrived in Canada and is ready for pickup. The discrepancies between the fees are usually minimal, as we’ve used our advanced technology to assess the costs.

Shippsy operates on a credit-based system, also known as pay-as-you-go! From here, begin by adding credits using either credit card or Paypal. You can also check your remaining balance on the top-right corner or on your credits page.
Your item will arrive in Canada within 1-2 business days once all the information has been entered, as we take care of all the paperwork and transportation.
You’ll be sent an email to make the payment for our fee and any tax/duties if applicable.
At this stage, your items have already been assessed for border clearance so you don’t need to worry about any further fees charged, regarding tax and duties.

You’ll be notified by email again when the item’s ready for pickup at one of our branch locations, along with the order pickup sheet that you must bring with you when collecting your item.

Please bring the pickup sheet, along with a piece of ID to pick up the item at your default pickup branch (Mississauga or Markham).

If it’s more convenient for you, we may also mail the items to your address using Canada Post or UPS for an additional fee.
