When shipments arrive in Canada, please take note of the applicable storage fees that may incur. We encourage you to pick up your shipments at your local Shippsy branch as soon as you get notified, to avoid these extra charges!
NON PALLET SHIPMENTS (small packages)
Free storage for up to 30 days.
– 15 days free storage while the shipment is in the US
– 15 days free storage while the shipment is in Canada
When the shipment reaches the 16th day in the US, a fee of 1CAD per day will be charged for up to 30 days. If the shipment is still in “ACTION REQUIRED” after 30 days, it will be sent to disposal. Disposal of shipments will also be charged 2.50CAD+tax.

– 7 days free storage while the shipment is in the US
– 7 days free storage while the shipment is in Canada
When the pallet reaches the 8th day in the US, a fee of 10CAD per day will be charged for up to 15 days. If the shipment is still in “ACTION REQUIRED” after 30 days, it will be sent to disposal. Disposal of shipments will also be charged 2.50CAD+tax.
